SERVICES
BLI Co. offers Development and Administration services for California State funded employee training contracts (Employment Training Panel-ETP):
Development:
* On-site development meetings, if multiple sites we visit all sites separately
* Assist in determining training budget and evaluating training needs
* Assist with creating required training schedule for internal and external trainers
* Evaluation of training needs and how the ETP program works with-in these needs
* Prepare all documentation for submittal for contract approval on behalf of our client
* Attend with your representative the panel meeting if required
* Facilitate start up meeting for approved training contract
* Multiple Employer Contracts can be developed and utilized for a group of employers, non-profit, trade or membership based organizations
Administration:
* On-site start up meeting with all key personnel involved with your training contract
* Prepare all documentation for use during your two year training contract
* Prepare any documentation required to modify your training contract
* Prepare and input all documentation required to track employee training during the contract
* Submit required information to the ETP website for payment processing and enrollment of trainees
* Address any discrepancies within your training contract
* Facilitate all quarterly ETP monitoring meetings
* Deliver monthly audit reviews of all training documents for compliance and correction
* Monitor all trainees for 100% completion of training hours
